February 2015 Kick-Off Meeting

The Healthy Neighborhoods Fund Learning Collaborative held a kick-off meeting on February 26, 2015. It was a time to celebrate the launch of the initiative and begin establishing a learning community across the New York neighborhoods supported by the New York State Health Foundation (NYSHealth) and the New York Community Trust (NYCT).

The objectives of the meeting were to:

  1. Introduce the Healthy Neighborhoods Fund technical assistance team,
  2. Establish a learning community, and
  3. Articulate and refine strategies and goals for the first quarter of the grant period.
